The Light of the World John 9:5-7 (NKJV) Jesus said, “As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.” When He had said these things, He spat on the ground and made clay with the saliva; and He anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay. And He said to him, “Go, wash in the pool of Siloam”(which is translated, Sent). So he went and washed, and came back seeing. What can we expect from God? Some say that they have no explanation why a person would be born blind. The worst answer is that God permitted it to happen to teach a person something. No one with this answer could ever say just what God wanted to teach.  When God created the Heavens and the Earth, he sat back and said, “Now, that is good.” In other words, He said that His works of creation were perfect. But then when He created man, He went a huge step further. He created man in His image.  So, if imperfections are evident it must mean that something worked to distort the quality of God's wor
